Makesworth Foundation, UK Supports "Dharan 10K Run - Newa Charity 2024"
We are excited to announce that the Makesworth Foundation, UK, will sponsor the prize money for winners across all age groups in the upcoming "Dharan 10K Run - 13th Newa Charity" race event. This event, organized by Dharan Run Group, is set to take place on 22nd February 2025.
In a formal meeting between Sanjay Sah, the founder of Makesworth Foundation, UK, Santosh Rai, the founder of Dharan Run Group, and Pandav Mahato, the President of Nepal Run UK, an agreement was reached to collaborate further in the future.
The Makesworth Foundation has been dedicated to working in areas such as education, health, food, water, and environmental conservation, providing support to conflict-affected and underprivileged communities in Nepal and Ukraine.
Dharan Run, committed to the "Run for Education and Health" campaign, has been working tirelessly for the past 13 years to improve education and health sectors. Similarly, the "Newa Education Fund" has been offering scholarships to students of community schools.
